Cancel order

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot intercept order cancellations if the product has already been shipped.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
