We accept order cancellations before product shipment or production. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping cost.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a delivery notification via email. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of the refund. If you're approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 15 business days.

If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.
