The EBYTE E330 Series (E330-400T13S / E330-900T13S) are compact, ultra-low-power UART wireless serial port modules using FSK modulation. The 400-series covers 410–493 MHz (433/470 MHz), while the 900-series covers 860–932 MHz (868/915 MHz). Both deliver 13 dBm TX power, up to 2.5 km open-field range, and a sleep current of just 2 μA. Featuring transparent and fixed-point transmission, LDC Wake-on-Radio (WoR), and a stamp hole SMD form factor (16 × 26 mm), the E330 is ideal for drop-in wireless serial replacement in industrial and IoT applications.
