The CC25XX is a cost-effective, low-power true system-on-chip (SoC) for Bluetooth Low Energy applications. It enables the construction of a powerful BLE master or slave node at a very low total bill of materials cost. An excellent RF transceiver is combined with an industry-standard enhanced 8051 MCU, in-system programmable flash memory, 8 KB RAM, and many other powerful supporting features and peripherals. The CC25XX is suitable for systems that require extremely low power consumption. An extremely low-power sleep mode is provided. The short transition time between operating modes further reduces power consumption. Combined with Texas Instruments' industry-leading golden unit ZigBee protocol stack (z-Stack), a powerful and complete zigBee solution is provided.
