Real Developer Implementation Case
1. Solar-Powered Ultra-Low-Power Remote Wake-Up Switch
Development engineer William Lucid (ab9nq) completed the E220-Remote-Switch project based on the Ebyte E220-900T30D module (powered by a LoRa chip), and completely open-sourced it on the tech platforms element14 Community Youtube and GitHub. This practical project successfully verified LoRa WOR (Wake on Radio) wireless communication integrated with asynchronous web server requests, supported ESP32 Devkit V1 control, KY002S Bi-Stable MOSFET switch, and INA226 Battery Monitor, and achieved up to 10km estimated long-range wireless data transmission with ultra-low deep sleep current (microamp range, 0.54µA to 97.33µA) to intelligently manage battery power for a remote web camera.
