Cancel order

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot intercept order cancellations if the product has already been shipped.

Returns

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
